Credit card information and details are not stored on the website server nor are they kept on file in the office.
Currency
All fees are listed in CDN (Canadian) dollars. All credit card transactions are processed in CDN dollars.
Accepted Payment
PhotoPhix is authorized to accepted VISA, MasterCard and Amex. Make your payment at this website via the SSL secure server or via telephone. For local folks, cash and personal cheques are good.

Print & product guarantee
Because I use only industry standard professional photo stock, print stock, watercolor print stock and archival light-fast inks your print is *unconditionally guaranteed to be free of defects for as long as you own it.

Returns & refunds
Returns- PhotoPhix does NOT accept unauthorized returns. Unauthorized returns will not result in a refund nor will the item(s) be returned to the sender.

Refunds
- In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with my work and an alternate solution cannot be reached, you will promptly receive a 100% refund for your product(s) and shipping costs provided the following conditions are met:

- You must return or ship your product back to PhotoPhix with a confirmation signature through a registered courier.
- Excluding products damaged through shipping: PhotoPhix must receive the product(s) in the same condition in which it was sent:
- a) all bar code seals unbroken
- b) returned product(s) must be free from all defects.
Privacy policy
PhotoPhix does not sell, rent, or loan your email address to anybody and will never do so. Neither your personal information nor your credit card information will ever be shared with outside parties. I will not send you spam email or spam snail mail.
