The addition of a huge sweeping sky and its subtle reflection create the inspirational emotion and drama of Canada's east coast.

Digital Enhancement FAQs
i ) How long does it take? Please allow 3 days to 2 weeks for a digital artwork to be completed.
ii) What kind of image can I use? Anykind! Digital, resin, fibre paper, negatives or slides. The subject(s) must be in focus.
People, pets and things can be extracted from the photo and placed into a new digital canvas or they can painted in their natural environment. Digital art montages and watercolour painting montages are created this way.
iii) Can I have two or more people or pets in the same photo FX? Yes of course! Portrait montages are a wonderful way to preserve both the likeness and the relationship between old friends.
iv ) What about scanning my own photo for email? Scan your photo at 360 dpi at 100% with all photo enhancements and dust removers turned off. Save the resulting file in a jpg, tiff or pdf format. Read more about preparing and scanning your photo archives and documents...
v ) Extra prints? You may order as many prints as you like. You may also order them in varying sizes.

PhotoPhix provides both studio and convenient online pet portrait services. My door is virtually always open... 24/7
Send your photo to PhotoPhix by uploading through this website or stop by the studio. If you wish to drop your photo off at the studio, please call ahead for an appointment. Studio hours vary with the seasons.
Mailing your photo(s) or disk via snail mail is also an option. PhotoPhix portraits and artwork are regularly Fed-Exed without incident across Canada and around the world!
Certificate of Authenticity
Many of my photo enhancements and FX are works of fine art, and as such, they are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The certificate bears an imprint of the original artwork, the artist's signature, the date, the title of the print, the stock type, archival ink specifications and print number.
An assurance of artistic merit, a signed certificate of authenticity ensures the future integrity of your fine art investment.
Payment and Fees
PhotoPhix accepts VISA, Mastercard & Amex through this website's secure server or by phone. For local folks, cash and personal cheques are good. Please call for an appointment before dropping by. Studio hours vary with the seasons.
Digital photo FX fees are based on: 1) the extent of retouching or digital artwork required 2) whether the resulting image becomes a photo stock print or a giclée watercolour print 3) the size of the print or artwork
